YOUTH DEVELOPMENT (8 - 11 years old)

Our Youth Development is our introduction to training at Elite Level Performance for younger athletes. These sessions are great for kids 8-12 years old.

Our philosophy at this stage of development, is that athletes need to be able to move fluidly and athletically, and be able to perform base exercises first. By teaching young athlete's proper running technique, proper landing techniques and proper modes of deceleration, we help them build a solid foundation focused on mastering the basics!

This training will involve these components:

Dynamic Warm Ups

Mobility/ Core stability

Deceleration and landing technique training

General Strength movements

Linear and lateral speed enhancement

Reaction training

Body Weight strength progressions/ technique training

Sessions are scheduled through our Square Appointments App.

Sessions are 60 minutes long.
