Our main facility is located in Collierville at 310 Moore Lane, Suite 101 Collierville TN 38017. We're roughly a mile Southeast from the Historic Collierville Town Square. All of our services are offered at our Collierville location including athletics, wellness, training & more.

WELLNESS SERVICES

Wellness services are available in both TN & MS; however the Neubie is only available for use in TN.

ATHLETE TRAINING

Athlete Training is available both in Collierville & Oxford.

  • Mon., Wed.: 8:30am - 4pm
  • Tues., Thurs: 8:30am - 12pm
  • Friday: By Appointment Only
  • Saturday: By Appointment Only

• Athlete:

  • Monday: 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
  • Tuesday: 3:30pm, 4:30pm
  • Wednesday: 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
  • Thursday: 3:30pm, 4:30pm
    *Assessments done every other Saturday

East Memphis (wellness only)

• Fridays: By Appointment Only

• Contact ELP directly to schedule East Memphis

Oxford (athlete training only)

• Tuesday & Thursday: 4:30pm, 6:00pm

*Assessments done every other Saturday
