Cindy received her Masters of Physical Therapy at The University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center. After graduating, Cindy spent 11 years in the field of Physical Therapy working at various Orthopedic and Sports Medicine facilities in the Memphis area. Her areas of emphasis include musculoskeletal disorders and manual therapy techniques. Along with her husband Chris Caudy, Cindy owns and operates Next Level Training and is an IFBB Professional Figure Competitor. Cindy has been viewed as a major contributor in the medical and bodybuilding community throughout the Mid South.

Jennifer childers, MMS, PA-C, R.T. (R)
Physician Assistant, Delta Orthopedics
Jennifer Childers, MMS, PA-C, R.T. (R) is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed in the state of Tennessee. She graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in 2005. She worked in Jonesboro, AR for five years as a Radiologic Technologist at St. Bernard’s Regional Medical Center. She is a Lambda Nu Radiology Honor Society alumni.
In August 2012, she graduated with honors from Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. While attending the physician assistant program, she served as class social chair, student ambassador, and was a member of the Pi Alpha National Honor Society. She has worked in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine since 2012. She furthered her training by performing an independent fellowship with a metabolic bone Endocrinologist from 2013 to 2014. She was certified as a Fracture Liaison by the National Osteoporosis Foundation in 2014. She specializes in osteoporosis management and general orthopedics. In 2019, Jennifer was recognized as an ambassador for the National Osteoporosis Foundation. She is the only practicing clinician in the state of Tennessee with this honor.

Dr. Brandon Walley prides himself on providing comprehensive eye care in a relaxed, family-friendly environment. He enjoys helping people, spending time talking with and getting to know people, and answering questions. Therefore, you will not be rushed through your appointment and you should leave with all of your questions answered and feel comfortable about your treatment plan. Dr. Walley’s specialties include Multifocal Contact Lenses, Dry Eye, Speciality Hobby and Sports Prescriptions (such as glasses for shooting or playing golf), and Sports Vision Training. He has extensive experience caring for patients of all ages and looks forward to providing the best care possible for you and your family.

Rachael Cothran-Hardee became a Licensed Massage Therapist in March of 2015. Graduating from Tennessee School of Massage, she specializes in Relaxing Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD),and Massage Cupping. Finding her talent in massage has become a joy and an answer to her desire to help those around her in need.
